Project Administrator - Auckland
We are seeking a high energy, experienced Projects Administrator that has a sound knowledge and background in a project contracts environment. You will effectively manage the administrative and project tasks required for all operational services, such as submitting quotes, creating invoices, reviewing/formatting operational reports, customer bookings and quality management administration.
This is a fast-paced role so to be outstanding you will be solution focused and calm under pressure, in an environment that requires deadlines to be met. You will also have the personal strength and ability to work autonomously, as well as in a team environment. A core part of the role will be having the ability to listen, respond and deliver to customer requirements and be flexible and adaptable within a changing environment.
